The Reeds is a newly renovated beach house designed for families, couples, friends, alumni and students who want to enjoy Long Island Sound, Fairfield's walkable shoreline, and a private backyard framed by marsh and reeds.

A second-floor family room provides another comfortable hangout space, two built-in desks, a second Smart TV and access to a front deck with water and lighthouse views.
Two second-floor queen bedrooms overlook the marsh. The third-floor bedrooms offer water and marsh views, abundant closets and access to a renovated bath with a large walk-in shower.
Enjoy front and rear decks, a private backyard, outdoor dining, casual seating, grill, fire pit, party lighting and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
High-speed Wi-Fi, central air, electronic entry, room-darkening blinds, tankless hot water, comfortable furnishings, ample storage and dedicated workspaces make longer stays easy.
Walk to Penfield Beach, Lighthouse Point and Old Post Market. Downtown Fairfield is about one mile away, with Metro-North, dining, shopping, golf, tennis and waterfront parks nearby.
