We love quintessential New England towns, and Fairfield has everything we value: beautiful beaches, a lively and walkable downtown, wonderful restaurants, and easy access to New York City. It means a great deal to us to host guests in this special place, and we take that trust seriously.

A second-floor family room provides another comfortable hangout space, two built-in desks, a second Smart TV and access to a front deck with water and lighthouse views.
Four bedrooms
Two second-floor queen bedrooms overlook the marsh. The third-floor bedrooms offer water and marsh views, abundant closets and access to a renovated bath with a large walk-in shower.
Outdoor living
Enjoy front and rear decks, a private backyard, outdoor dining, casual seating, grill, fire pit, party lighting and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Thoughtful amenities
High-speed Wi-Fi, central air, electronic entry, room-darkening blinds, tankless hot water, comfortable furnishings, ample storage and dedicated workspaces make longer stays easy.
